Refund policy

MoniLaShaun is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we accept returns under the following terms:

• Return Window: You have  14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item.
• Condition of Item: Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, resellable condition.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, log in to your account and go to your Order History. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the return instructions.
• Refund Method: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.  Timing for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
• FINAL SALE: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
